Now that I have peoples opinions on Gin and carried out the G(Interviews), I thought it would be important for the project for me to taste some different gins neat so that I could have a better understanding of them and the different flavours they possess. And how it would work with my concept of heat and cool.

Gordons London Dry Gin – Smell is fragrant and perfumy, Taste is perfumy and floral, it warms, yet feels cool.

Hendricks – Smells Sour and less floral, hint of citrus maybe, Tastes sharp and sour.

Bombay Sapphire – Smells Strong, overpowering, aromatic, Tastes – Burning, strong, extremely sharp.

Sipsmith – Smells quite fragrant like juniper, Tastes mildly fragrant, quite smooth, relatively pleasant, yet sour. Mild heat, but quite refreshing.
