This is one of the Visuals of the Central Stairway “Informal Offices / Discussion Areas / Break Out Spaces” within its environment within the new glass and pleated aluminium circulation tower. These spaces are present on every floor and are slightly different layouts on each.

They are slatted using aluminium railings to form a barrier around the staircase and make an enclosed space for people to use as they wish. They also add a reflective material to the space which is flooded with natural light and works well against the white staircase. The Tom Dixon Pendants add a piece of feature lighting to each of these “Informal Offices / Discussion Areas / Break Out Spaces” throughout the new circulation tower.
